Change Setlists by CC

Is it possible to add the function to change Setlists by controller CC0 or CC32.
It'll be really cool for my personnal use.

Thanks for the feature request. A workaround would be to use Midiflow to remap the control changes to program changes, before they arrive at iMIDIPatchbay.
