Midiflow Support

Hello! Is there any way to send MIDI notes from Ableton to Midiflow in order to control synths apps on iOS? (ie. Model 15) I use Windows 10. I see MidiBerry supports it via Bluetooth but I can’t seem to download it. (For some reason my Microsoft Store app doesn’t work.)

That could be possible using Bluetooth MIDI, I don't know if it is supported by Windows.
