Midiflow only sends note off messages to Windows PC

I am using the Midiflow motion facility on my iPhone to trigger a midi note which is sent to my Windows 10 pc via the Midimux app and lightning usb cable. I open the midi ox application on the pc which shows the triggered midi note is being received. However, only “note off” messages are sent from Midiflow, there are no “note on” messages. Can anyone help with this please?
