My new iPhone X doesn’t seem to be able to display set lists. Is there something I need to do in settings to enable? Worked fine on my iPhone 7. Note that my iPhone is a backup to my iPad, which is my primary device for this app.
Thank you!
iPhone X and set list display Topic is solved
Re: iPhone X and set list display
Hi,
can you describe a bit more what you mean with "doesn’t seem to be able to display set lists". What do you see on the screen when you tap "Setlists"?
Best,
Johannes

Re: iPhone X and set list display
Sorry should have added pics. When I hit set list, songs show up in a jumble (pictured). When I tap that, I just get a grey screen (also pictured). If I peck around enough, I can get a song list up but no set list. Hope this helps and thank you! LOVE this app on my iPad!!

Re: iPhone X and set list display
That is strange! I just tested it here, and the setlist is displayed normally (although the app does not take the notch into account, which is already on the TODO list). Could you try this please with a fresh install, without importing your old data?
On which iOS are you?

Johannes

Re: iPhone X and set list display
I’m running iOS 12.2 on my x.
I did a complete re-install and could then open setlist consistently. After I uploaded my saved files from Dropbox to the iphone, had the same issues. Jumbled songs as pictured above. If I poked at the jumble in the right spot (seems random) one of my two set lists would open, but there was no way to predict or choose which one would open. Once opened, set list view seemed to work as it should and if I left set list mode and then returned, I could go back and forth between the controls and set list screens without issue. If I went back to select a new set list, I got the jumble again. If I hit “all songs”, I would get the full library of songs. More pics if they help.
I’m running iOS 12.2 on my iPad Pro, BTW, and it works flawlessly. It’s something about the X, I think.

Re: iPhone X and set list display
Hi,
would it be possible that you share your dropbox file with me? You can also send it via mail if you don't want to share it into public.
Best,
Johannes

Hi I’ve shared the backup duke with the email address here. (Mail@midiflow). Let me know if you are not able to access. Thank you!

Hi,
sorry for the delay. I was finally able to test this on an iPhone Xs. No problem here. However, I don't have your sheets, only the backup file. Does the problem occur if you temporarily move your sheets to a different folder?
Best,
Johannes
