Midiflow Support

I'd like to be able to transpose my Korg SQ1's midi down such that it gets below note 48 (to control a certain sampler of mine), and I'm wondering if MidiFlow would be capable of doing this. Basically, my signal path would be SQ1--->Iphone (Transpose notses down)--->Synth. Is this a feature MidiFlow...
