Midiflow Support

I run fishman tripleplay into AUM with iFretless bass AU instrument. Sometimes I only want bass on the bottom two strings (midi channels 5 and 6). Other times I want it on all 6 strings. I also have an iRig Blueboard for patch changing. Can I create a patch in Midilow that will toggle iFretless bass...
