There were already a couple of Posts...Same Thing here... no Sync With Dropbox... I also tried the proposed Solution and removed IMIDIPatchbay from the Dropbox App List. There is no way to reestablish this Trust again within Dropbox. Though stated from Johannes Differently IMIDIPatchbay does Not ask...
